Listen ... Curiosity ... Change
"I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become." Carl Jung
Therapy is an opportunity to explore the impact of what has happened in your life on how you are now. I often use the metaphor of a tangled ball of wool. After the first session or two that is what we have between us, the story of what has happened to you and what you have made of it. Our task then is to untangle it and weave it into a beautiful tapestry so that you can continue with your life in the way you want to. It is not about ignoring your history rather about making peace with it.
I see people in my room in central Cambridge and can offer appointments using zoom as necessary.
Find out how I can help with therapy for individuals and people in relationships. I also offer supervision for practising therapists and counsellors.

I also work with couples and people in relationships. Relationships can be a struggle and we all want them to be the place where we feel safe and ‘seen’. Relationship therapy can help you develop new habits and ways of communicating that can support this shift.
